Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 Idaho potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. parsley
    1 pkg. Ritz cheese crackers, crumbled
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1 lb. sharp cheese
Preparation
    Bake the potatoes.
    Peel and add butter, onion, eggs, parsley, cheese and seasonings.
    Shape into small (2 or 3-inches) rolls. Roll in cheese cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 25 to 30 rolls.
    Serve while
    hot.
