Cheese-Olive Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (1/2 to 3/4 lb.)
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 (7 oz.) jar pimento stuffed olives
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Using
    blender,\tmix
    cheese,
    flour and paprika.
    Add margarine;
    mix
    well.
    Chill.
    For
    each
    puff, use a generous teaspoon and shape into a ball.\tPush finger in center to make a deep depression; insert olive and shape dough around to fully cover olive (3 to 4 dozen small olives).
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, or until baked but not browned. Serve hot. Puffs can be frozen raw.
    Thaw and bake as needed.
