Beef Bar-B-Q - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. beef stew meat
    10 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook beef stew\tmeat
    until
    tender,
    very tender, in 3 cups water.
    Pour broth\tfrom pan and make sure you still have 3 cups of broth.
    Chill
    meat; then pull apart with fork.\tPut 2 1/2 cups broth back\tin pan.
    Add next 8 ingredients and the meat.
    Mix thoroughly and
    simmer
    for
    1
    1/2 hours.\tAdd 1/2 cups broth and a little flour to thicken.\tAdd to meat mixture and simmer a few minutes.
