Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes, cooked and peeled
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled (reserve drippings)
1/2 c. sliced celery
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly cracked pepper
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sliced onions
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. water
1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Preparation

Cook potatoes in skins; peel while hot and set aside to keep warm.
Saute celery and onions
until
tender
in 1/4 cup reserved bacon drippings.
