Curried Egg, Chicken, Cantaloupe For Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cantaloupe, halved and seeded
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 c. (4 oz.) diced, cooked chicken
    1/3 c. chopped green onions with tops
    1/4 c. chopped green and/or sweet red pepper
    thin green and/or sweet red pepper strips (optional)
    hard-cooked egg wedges (optional)
Preparation
    Dice enough cantaloupe to make 1 cup.
    Set aside.
    Cut remaining cantaloupe into thin wedges for garnish.
    Refrigerate until before serving.
