Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. green onions
    mushrooms to your taste
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 or more c. cheese and bread crumbs (optional)
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 cloves chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. peeled shrimp
    1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic in stick of margarine.
    Add parsley, onion tops, soup, mushrooms, shrimp, rice, hot water and cheese (optional).
    Season to taste (I use Tony's Creole seasoning).
    Pour in 2-quart casserole,
    top with bread crumbs and pats of margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
