Crab Meat Sycamore(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (4 c.) white lump crab meat
    3/4 lb. diced Swiss cheese
    2 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, cooked and drained
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    hot sauce
    Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Alternate layers of crab, cheese and artichokes in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Make a cream sauce by melting butter.
    Add the flour, stirring until smooth.
    Add milk a little at a time, cooking until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sherry, hot sauce, Worcestershire, salt and pepper to taste.
    Spoon cream
    sauce over top of casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
