Beef N' Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Durkee brown gravy mix
1 can French fried onions
1 pkg. frozen vegetables
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. water
Preparation

In a shallow, 1 1/2-quart baking dish, combine potatoes and oil.
Firmly press mixture across bottom and sides of dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle pepper on ground beef.
Fry and drain.
