Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Cream butter or margarine and sugar until light.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with sour cream.
    Beat until smooth. Add flavoring; mix well.
    Pour into greased 9-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour or until done.
    Can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or glazed.
