Carolyn'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. new or red potatoes, peeled or unpeeled
    1/4 c. mustard
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    1 tsp. dill weed
    2 bunches spring onions
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 small can chopped or sliced black olives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash and cube potatoes.
    Cook until tender.
    Chop onions and add all other ingredients together.
    Drain potatoes, then add to mixture.
    May be served hot or cold.
