Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium tomatoes
    1 scallion with top
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1/2 tsp. salt (fine)
    1 med. green bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
    1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Preparation
    Chop the tomatoes and peppers in chunks.
    Cut scallion into large pieces.
    Blend all ingredients in blender.
    Keeps up to a week in refrigerator.
    Serves 6.
