Pineapple Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with liquid
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 slices toasted bread, cubed
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour together and add to crushed pineapple. Stir in beaten eggs.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with bread cubes which have been combined with melted margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    This is a good side dish for ham and other meats.
