Chicken Ole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 tortillas, cut into 6 to 8 pieces
8 c. coarsely chopped cooked chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 (7 oz.) cans of diced green chillies
2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. grated onion or dry onion flakes
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar Longhorn cheese
Preparation

First mix soups and sour cream together, then add chopped chicken to the mixture, also add the green chilli and the onion. Layer with tortillas first.
Top layer should end with tortillas, then add cheese.
Cook in crock-pot on low 4 to 5 hours.
