Shrimp De Jonghe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 scant stick margarine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    a little onion, cut up
    a little celery, cut up
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
    marjoram
    2 c. small toast cubes or more
    2 c. cooked shrimp
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt margarine over low heat.
    Saute garlic, onion and celery until clear.
    Add parsley, salt, pepper and marjoram.
    Stir in cubes and toss until coated.
    Place shrimp in 9 x 9-inch greased pan, sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Spread bread mixture lightly over shrimp.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until top is brown.
