Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. zucchini, grated
1 yellow cake mix
2 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Blend with all dry ingredients.
Mix in nuts and raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done. Check cake mix directions for specific times.
