Gateau De Sirop(Syrup Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. pure cane syrup
    3/4 c. milk
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs. Mix well.
    Add milk and syrup; mix until smooth.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Pour into well-greased and floured pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
