Easy No Knead Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast (dry)
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oil
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
6 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add sugar, salt and beaten egg. Blend in 1/2 of the flour; mix well.
Stir in oil and rest of flour.
Let rise until double in size.
Punch down and make into buns.
Let rise until double in size and bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
