Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick melted butter
    1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    4 to 5 c. diced fresh rhubarb
    1 c. water
    1 c. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Use half of mixture to cover bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Fill with diced rhubarb.
    Cook last 4 ingredients until thick and clear.
    Pour evenly over rhubarb. Cover with remaining crumb mixture.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
