Pasta Fasula - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    2 or 3 cloves garlic
    1/2 lb. tubeti noodles
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 large can white kidney beans
Preparation
    Saute garlic in pan until lightly brown.
    Add paste slowly and simmer until pasta cooks down to brownish color; add water a little at a time, then add beans.
    Cook pasta al dente; drain and add to beans mixture.
    Serve as soup, then enjoy!
    Top with grated Italian cheese if desired.
