Breaded Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 lb. thin veal cutlets
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    oil for frying
Preparation
    In shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip veal cutlets in flour mixture.
