Chiles Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent dinner rolls
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies, drained
    taco sauce for dipping
Preparation
    Lay rolls flat; overlap perforated edge.
    Flatten to 1/16-inch with a lightly floured rolling pin.
    Cut into 2 1/2-inch circles. Combine cheese and green chilies.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place 1 teaspoon cheese mixture off center of each circle.
    Fold closest edge over to cover cheese.
    Fold in both sides, envelope fashion. Roll and place, seam side down, on a baking sheet.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Serve immediately with taco sauce.
    Makes 32 miniature rellenos.
