Creamed Peas And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    about 2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch in 1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Boil peas and potatoes together until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add milk to almost cover vegetables. Add 2 tablespoons margarine and heat.
    Stir in cornstarch and water mixture until thickens.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
