Low-Fat Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
1 c. no-fat cottage cheese
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
lasagna noodles
1 jar low-fat spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cook noodles per directions.
Drain spinach and mix with cottage and Mozzarella cheeses, nutmeg, egg white and Parmesan cheese.
In casserole dish, put a layer of spaghetti sauce and then a layer of noodles.
Spread mix over noodles and repeat layer.
Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
