Marshmallow Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
    In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, 1 cup butter and vanilla; blend well.
    Spread in prepared pan.
    Bake 15 minutes; remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with marshmallows.
    Return to oven; bake 5 to 6 minutes until marshmallows are slightly melted.
    In top of double boiler, melt chocolate chips and 3 tablespoons butter.
    Add water and stir until smooth.
    Drizzle over marshmallows.
    Cool and cut into bars.
