Snow Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    4 c. fresh snow
Preparation
    Beat egg white until fluffy.
    Stir in sugar gradually, one table spoon at a time.
    Then stir in milk and vanilla.
    Gently stir in snow and serve at once.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
