No Knead Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. warm water
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 packet dry yeast
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Pour water in bowl.
Dissolve the sugar and yeast.
Beat in the egg and oil.
Add the flour and salt.
With large spoon, beat this spongy dough until it is elastic and smooth.
Cover with clean, damp towel and put somewhere warm to rise for 1 hour.
Drop the dough into greased muffin tins, filling each half full. Should have enough dough to fill 18 medium cups.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap (greased first so dough won't stick); let dough rise again until doubled, 30 to 45 minutes.
Fifteen minutes before ready to bake, turn oven to 400\u00b0, then bake rolls 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
When done, remove from tins.
