Lemon Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 boxes instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine flour, oleo and nuts; press into bottom of cake pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let crust cool completely.
Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar; spread over cooled crust.
In large bowl, mix instant pudding and milk; blend until pudding mixture.
Spread this over cream cheese mixture.
Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
Top lightly with finely chopped walnuts.
