Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 box instant potatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 large chopped onion (if desired)
Preparation
    Saute ground meat; drain.
    Cook 10 to 12 servings of mashed potatoes following directions on the box.
    Grate or slice the cheese.
    In a large casserole dish, pour meat, tomato sauce and onion in the bottom.
    Add mashed potatoes.
    Sprinkle the cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese has melted.
    Serves 4 to 6.
