Boston Style Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1 small onion, diced
2 (12 oz.) cans corn Niblets, drained
2 to 3 slices bacon, diced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine mustard, salt, sugar and ketchup in a medium bowl.
Add onions and corn.
Mix thoroughly. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Top with bacon. Bake for 40 minutes or until bacon is cooked.
Yield:
6 to 8 servings.
