Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 well beaten eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. oil
    1 c. raisins
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed, drained pineapple
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, vanilla and oil.
    Mix well.
    Stir in zucchini and add dry ingredients.
    Mix well and stir in nuts, raisins and pineapple.
    Pour in 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tests done.
