Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. Grape-Nuts flakes
    2 c. water, divided
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 tsp. nutmeg, grated
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, flakes, 1 cup water, onion, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 24 balls.
    In skillet, brown meat balls in butter.
    Remove.
    Mix flour with butter in skillet.
    Add remaining 1 cup water.
    Stir to form white sauce. Return meat balls to skillet.
    Cover tightly and simmer 10 minutes.
