Chili Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 lb. pork cubes
    2 cans (No. 10) diced tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. dehydrated onions
    3 (28 oz.) cans green enchilada sauce
    2 (28 oz.) cans green diced chilies
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot jalapenos to taste
Preparation
    Brown and drain off pork, then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
