Chicken, Broccoli, Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. raw instant rice
1 soup can milk
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation

Melt butter; add onion and celery.
Let simmer while preparing remaining ingredients.
Drop broccoli in boiling salted water long enough to separate (do not cook); drain.
Mix soup, rice, milk, sugar, Cheez Whiz, broccoli and chicken in a large bowl.
Add celery and onion.
Pour into a casserole dish.
Cook 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Uncover about 15 minutes until it's bubbly in the middle.
