Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 onion
    1/2 c. rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1 small sauerkraut
Preparation
    Core cabbage; boil and remove leaves.
    Trim down thick ridge in center of leaf.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Bring rice to boil. Rinse.
    Mix ground meat, rice and onion.
    Add salt and pepper. Put sauerkraut in bottom of roaster.
    Put meat mixture in leaf to about 3/4-inch.
    Roll up.
    Put in layers with sauerkraut in between.
    Add diluted tomato soup.
    Bake 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
