Crab And Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. crab meat (lump)
1/2 lb. butter
4 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 c. mushrooms
3/4 c. heavy cream
3 c. fancy egg noodles
3/4 c. onion
dash of red pepper
dash of paprika
dash of salt
dash of white pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in onion and mushrooms; cook over low heat until soft.
Remove mushrooms and onion.
Stir in crab meat.
Add the sherry; cook over low heat for 3 minutes (stir constantly).
Add cream, mushrooms and onion; cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in cooked pasta.
Remove from heat.
