Skillet Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. caraway seeds
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk (1% or 2%)
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
    Cut in butter or margarine with pastry blender.
    Add caraway seeds, eggs, milk, light cream and raisins.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into well-greased iron skillet (10 1/2-inch size).
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool on rack before slicing.
