Corn Meal Johnny Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. corn meal
1 c. flour

Preparation

Cream oil, sugar and molasses together.
Add slightly beaten eggs.
Stir in meal and flour.
Mix well.
Pour in small Bundt pan or loaf pan and bake about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
