Ham And Cheese Stromboli(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. coarse grain mustard
1 lb. thin sliced ham
3 Tbsp. honey
1 lb. bread loaf dough
3/4 lb. Swiss cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine honey and mustard.
On floured surface, roll dough to 11 x 15-inches.
Brush with mustard mixture.
Layer 1/2 the ham, leaving 1-inch edge on 15-inch side.
Fold in 6-inches toward the center.
Fold over again to cover the filling.
Pinch side seams. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Slice in 1-inch slices.
