Stuffed Macaroni Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 box (24 oz.) large shells
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. finely crushed crackers
    1 1/2 lb. Ricotta and cottage cheese, mixed
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook shells in water, 2 tablespoons salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil for 15 minutes.
    Drain on waxed paper.
    Mix remaining ingredients and stuff shells.
