Ingredients

chicken parts, skinned
Kikkoman soy sauce (only Kikkoman brand will give it a delicious flavor)
Preparation

Skin the chicken parts.
Hold pieces over dry or lightly greased skillet and sprinkle both sides generously with the soy sauce.
Place in skillet.
Cover tightly; cook at medium heat for approximately 15 minutes.
Turn.
Cover and cook 15 minutes longer.
Remove lid; brown on both sides in own gravy.
