Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 oz. raw white onion, chopped fine
    3 oz. green bell pepper, chopped fine
    3 oz. peeled carrots, chopped fine
    1/2 bottle ketchup
    1 1/2 tsp. Bon Appetit seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 rounded Tbsp. quick cook oats
    3 rounded Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Mix with hands all of the ingredients.
    It is best to mix this and let stay in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 or 375\u00b0 for 1 hour in a preheated oven.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
    I bake my loaf in a Pyrex loaf pan; spray pan with Pam or oil.
