15 Minute Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Trim fat from meat and slice into strips.
    Melt butter and brown meat.
    Add 2/3 cup water and mushrooms.
    Stir in soup mix. Heat to boiling.
    Blend sour cream and flour; add to hot mixture. Cook and stir until thickened.
    Sauce will be thin.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
