Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (4.4 oz.) pkg. wild rice and herbs
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken with rice soup
    1 small can mushrooms with liquid
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. each: celery salt, garlic powder, pepper, onion salt and paprika
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over rice and herbs.
    Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
    Place rice in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Add soup, mushrooms and liquid, water and seasonings.
    Mix and set aside. Saute onion in oil until transparent.
    Add to casserole.
    Brown meat and add to rice mixture.
    Chill.
    When ready to bake, cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
