Baked Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    salt
    pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Saute finely diced onion in shortening until lightly browned. Remove from skillet.
    Cut meat in serving size pieces; roll in flour and brown in fat.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Remove meat from skillet and add enough water to make at least 2 cups thin gravy.
    This will thicken during baking.
    Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and A.1. sauce and season with salt and pepper.
    Place meat in small roaster or casserole dish; spread onion over meat and add gravy.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
