Jennifer'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 baking potatoes, peeled
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix sour cream and cream cheese.
    Melt a little and add to potatoes and maybe some milk.
    Add garlic to taste, about 1/2 teaspoon.
    Mix and pour in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
    Cook until cheese melts (20 to 30 minutes).
    Can be frozen.
