Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. corn meal
1 2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. creamed corn
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
3 eggs
3 tsp. sugar
1 large onion, chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake at 475\u00b0 until knife comes out clean.
