Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 zucchini or yellow squash, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash garlic salt
1 tomato, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation

Prebake 10 inch pie shell.
Saute vegetables in butter until crisp but not soft.
Drain well and add seasonings.
Place tomato slices in bottom of prebaked pie shell.
Add vegetables.
Spread mayonnaise and cheese mixture over vegetables.
Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
