Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 small box Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Let broccoli thaw; separate in bowl and add onion, pepper, celery and rice.
    In a saucepan, combine soup, Velveeta and margarine and heat until cheese melts.
    Stir into broccoli mixture; pour into buttered casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
