Broccoli Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 c. chopped onion
    6 c. water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    8 oz. fine egg noodles
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
    6 c. milk
    4 c. shredded American cheese
    pepper
    water
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine over medium heat for 3 minutes.
    Add 6 cups water and bouillon cubes.
    Heat to boiling until cubes are dissolved.
    Gradually add noodles and salt and continue boiling. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes.
    Stir in broccoli.
    Cook 4 more minutes.
    When broccoli is tender, add milk, cheese and pepper. Cook until the cheese melts.
    Makes 4 quarts or 12 servings.
