Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. elbow macaroni (1 1/2 c.)
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook
    macaroni\taccording to package directions; drain. For cheese
    sauce:
    In\ta
    saucepan, melt margarine.
    Stir in flour, salt
    and
    pepper.\tAdd
    milk
    at once;
    cook and stir until thick
    and\tbubbly.
    Cook and stir 1 or 2 minutes more. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese and stir mixture until cheese is melted.
